It's when the customers take our intended action for them through our websites.. in our case sa office, "Sales" ang basehan ng conversion. Kung wla tayong sale, it means our websites are not doing well. Sa ibang companies naman, "traffic" lang or "membership" naman ung goal nila. Tama ba? lol.
